Background
My team planned and sent out email newsletters to TP-Link smart home product users. We analyzed user data and worked on strategies for best results.
Process
I designed and personalized the content of the email depending on the purpose of it. When completing the design, I implemented the content in Mailchimp. For customized emails including gifs, I worked with the web engineer to code the email to make sure they are optimized for major email clients.
